  1. I am a new user. How do I get access to the Vendor Login?
    For new users, you are required to click on the First Time Login Vendor link, fill in the basic details and then an email will be sent to your mailbox. Follow the steps in the email and you will be able to login and register as a vendor.
  2. I lost/forgot my password. What should I do?
    For lost or forgot password, just click on the Forgot Password link and enter the email address that you had used during the registration process. An email notification will be sent to that email with the details on how you can reset your password.
  3. I have previously registered this link before and I would like to change the Vendor Email. Is it possible?
    No, vendor email is considered unique and it is the username for this site. As such, please ensure that you remember the email and the password which you have registered with.
  4. I would like to change my password. How can I do so?
    Firstly, login to the site. Once you are directed to the Dashboard, you can change your password at the Reset Password section.
  5. I am new to the site. How can I get myself familiarize with the Do's and Dont's in this site?
    You may download the Online Vendor Registration User Manual at Guideline & Assistance section(login page). You may require Adobe Acrobat Reader to open the file.
  6. I’m an existing vendor and I want to renew my registration to MHB, what should I do?
    You may require to login to the site using your existing username and password. Upon logging in, click on the Renewal Button which is located in dashboard page and fill in the necessary details for submission. Please read through the terms and conditions during the process.
  7. I’m an existing vendor and I want to add category or update my profile in MHB, what should I do?
    You may require to login to the site using your existing username and password. Upon logging in, .click on the Adding Category Button which is located in dashboard page and fill in the necessary details for submission. Please read through the terms and conditions during the process.
  8. When I upload my documents, the system provides error, what should I do?
    Please try to upload your documents again after you have refreshed (press F5) the page.
  9. How i want to know my application status?
    Application status can be view at Vendor Account page > Application List
  10. It takes a long time to go to the next screen, what should I do?
    Please check on your internet connection to ensure that it is working. Once done, try to reload the page by pressing F5 and then submit the page again.
  11. There are some information/data /documents that I cannot provide for the moment, what should I do?
    You may choose to save as draft first and then add in the data again later base on application once the data is ready.
